Detailed Overview
The NTRIP Client application is a robust and versatile software solution for receiving
and distributing RTK corrections via internet protocols. It connects to casters of paid
services as well as free services such as CORS and DOT. It follows the standards
supported by all major GNSS manufacturers.
A predefined list of worldwide VRS correction services is included with the application,
but users can also add their own custom services. Once connected to a correction source,
the application will automatically detect the format of the incoming correction stream
and begin broadcasting data to all connected receivers.
The application supports multiple output options, including RS-232, TCP/IP and UDP,
allowing users to easily integrate it with their existing GNSS receivers and other
equipment without being limited to a single account per receiver. RTK correction data
received for 1 account holder can be distributed to unlimited GNSS receivers connected
to the PC the software runs on.
